- diagnostics of pathological processes in the endometrium (polyps, hyperplasia, chronic endometrium, etc.);
- measurement of endometrial thickness
- ovulation control
- diagnostics of pregnancy.
This is not a complete list of information that can be monitored using ultrasound of the uterus and ovaries.
Each phase of the menstrual cycle is informative in its own way. Therefore, for the first visit to the doctor, do not adjust to the day of the cycle.
